We’re excited to reveal the first three official selections for our 57th festival, each carrying its own special connection to Tennessee.

⭐️ Opening Night Presentation: FRAMPTON
Directed by Rob Arthur, who will attend alongside Peter Frampton for a post-screening discussion on opening night.
An intimate portrait of a legendary musician whose meteoric rise, personal struggles, and relentless reinvention reveal the resilience behind a career that has spanned generations.

⭐️ THE LORRAINE
Directed by Sam Pollard, who will attend for a post-screening discussion alongside executive producer Alvin D. Hall.
Renowned documentarian Sam Pollard tells the astonishing, inspiring story of the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, site of the assassination of Reverend Martin Luther King, Jr., and its remarkable owners, Walter and Loree Bailey.

⭐️ LITTLE HOLLYWOOD, TENNESSEE
Directed by Christian Whittemore, who will attend for a post-screening discussion.
Each summer, twenty-four high school students across Tennessee are selected for one shot at creating a full-blown narrative motion picture.
