There's still time to enter the Nashville Film Festival Screenplay Competition! Categories include drama, comedy, horror, and genre features in addition to short competition, 30 minute and 60 minute pilots. To round it out, the Nashville Film Festival Screenplay Competition offers a special category award to a Tennessee Writer!🤠

Scripts from the quarterfinalist level up are hosted on a website for access by industry professionals, and semifinalists will be entitled to purchase a badge at preferred rate. Lastly, attending finalists are treated to a table read scene from their screenplay performed by a cast of professional actors, and they will receive a complimentary festival badge. Category winners will receive a personalized NashFilm award and a cash prize!🏆

In search for their own artistic identity, aspiring singer/songwriter ISMAY embarks on a road trip across the southern United States, delving into the people and places that shaped 3-time Grammy winner Lucinda Williams' early career. Join @belmontu and @nsaiofficial for an advanced screening of FINDING LUCINDA @findinglucindafilm on Thursday, April 11 5:30PM at Belmont University's Johnson Center! Film will be followed by a Q&A. This Summer (July 8-12) we are excited to produce a Film Camp for high school students with @fristartmuseum! Students will have the rare opportunity to work in small production teams to develop a concept, script, storyboards, & production plan in order to shoot a short film over the course of a week! Nashville-based @contrast_cine will be providing professional gear for students to shoot their films✨🎬🎥 If you know someone who is interested in participating, head to our link in bio for application details!
