Line-Up Announced for 6th Annual Nashville Japanese Film Festival

Nashville, TN – The Nashville Japanese Film Festival is proud to once again spotlight the art of Japanese cinema, with a compelling line-up for its sixth annual event, screening Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, April 19-21, at Watkins College of Art, Design & Film.

The schedule includes an exciting opening night featuring Never-ending Man (the new doc about animation genius Hayao Miyazaki) courtesy of The Otaku Group.

Each feature is presented in Japanese with English subtitles.

Saturday, April 20, will feature a curated selection of films presented in partnership with the Nashville Film Festival.

The Sunday, April 21 schedule includes four outstanding films presented in partnership with the Consulate General of Japan at Nashville and the Japan Foundation.

And the festival closes out with the scripted feature film Noise (a story about the characters striving to grasp hope after the Akihabara Massacre) courtesy of Breezy Brigade and You Should Visit Japan.
