Dear Friends of NashFilm —  On behalf of everyone at Nashville Film Festival, I want to share our concern for all people so deeply affected by the current global health crisis. Like everyone, we are doing our part to protect each other and our loved ones in an effort to quickly curb the impact in our community and beyond. We are also closely monitoring daily developments from federal, state and local health officials and quickly adapting, as required in an abundance of caution. As a result, several membership events and screenings planned over the coming weeks have been postponed until further notice.

However, we also want to share that we are still working very hard and remain committed to producing a safe and enjoyable 51st annual Nashville Film Festival this October 1-7, 2020. Our entries and screening process are unaffected and all of our published deadlines and festival timelines remain intact. From an operational standpoint, we are adopting increased measures to ensure that all of our events, screenings and VIP areas prioritize the safety, comfort and well-being of all of our guests, media and attending filmmakers.

We remain prepared, vigilant and optimistic for the future and wish you all the very best as we navigate the immediate days and weeks ahead. Thank you all so much for your continued support of Nashville Film Festival and many other important arts organizations like ours. We look forward to seeing you all again soon!

With best wishes to you and your families,
