Movies in the Park

Movies in the Park | June, 2017

This season is wrapped for the year.  Check back in the Spring of 2018 for next year’s lineup and dates!

For Movies in the Park, each year, the Nashville Film Festival partners with the Nashville Scene.  Now celebrating its 23rd season (June, 2017), Movies in the Park is recognized as one of Nashville’s best annual events. Brought to the city by the Nashville Scene, with support of the Metropolitan Board of Parks and Recreation, Movies in the Park is presented by Xfinity, and provides a fun-filled FREE event the first four Thursday evenings in June at Elmington Park.

The festivities kick off at 5pm with food trucks and vendors, games, and giveaways from our sponsors. Movies begin promptly at sundown, typically around 8pm.  Parking is available at West End Middle School, Blakemore United Methodist Church, Congregation Sherith Israel, and West End Church of Christ. Additional street parking is available, but please be mindful of residents. So bring the family and be ready for games, delicious fare from food trucks, contests, and awesome flicks!
