Nashville Film Festival “Fuel the Future of Film” VIP Badge Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR DONATION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
The Nashville Film Festival “Fuel the Future of Film” VIP Badge Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Nashville Film Festival, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Nashville, Tennessee (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to individuals who are:
- legal residents of the United States, and
- 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Some festival events are restricted to individuals age 21+, and government-issued ID may be required for access. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, board members, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to enter.
3. Sweepstakes Entry Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM Central Time on December 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on January 1, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s database clock shall be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.
4. How to Enter
To enter, eligible participants must complete the free entry form through Eventive on the Nashville Film Festival website during the Entry Period and submit their full name, email address, and phone number.
- Limit: One (1) entry per person.
- Entries submitted in excess, through multiple accounts, or using fraudulent identities may result in disqualification.
- Entries generated by script, macro, robotic, or other automated means are prohibited.
No other methods of entry will be accepted.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive one (1) VIP Badge to the 57th Nashville Film Festival, scheduled for September 24–30, 2026 in Nashville, Tennessee. The VIP Badge offers premium access to festival screenings, filmmaker Q&As, industry panels, and select parties and special events. Approximate retail value (“ARV”): $395.
- Badge may be transferred to another individual if the original winner cannot attend.
- Badge cannot be transferred to a future festival year, redeemed for cash, resold, or exchanged for alternative goods or services.
- Some festival events may have 21+ age restrictions.
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary for reasons beyond its control.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will occur on or after January 5, 2026.
The potential winner will be notified by email and phone using the contact information provided at entry. The winner must confirm receipt of the prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of notification. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
Odds of winning depend solely on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, and statements for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, affiliates, partners, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, invalid, or corrupted entries, or for any technical or human errors which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes.
9. Taxes
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the prize, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner.
10. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor.
Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, with venue exclusively in state or federal courts located in Tennessee. Entrants agree to resolve disputes individually, without class action, and to waive jury trial.
