NaFF is a magnet for international filmmakers, screenwriters, celebrities, industry insiders, and thousands of film fans. All are welcome for this public, 10-day festival. 

We post our schedule in mid-March. We are adding films and events every day between now and the festival. But, to help you plan, here are some highlights:


April 8th: Online Box Office opens for members
April 10th: Online Box Office opens for public
April 15, noon: Onsite Box Office opens at Regal Cinema
April 16: Festival Opens. Red Carpet: 5 p.m. Opening Night Party: 8 – 11 p.m.

April 17: Red Carpet: 5 p.m.
April 18: Red Carpet: 5 p.m.
April 22: Fashion Night on the Red Carpet: 5 p.m.
April 23: International Dignitaries on the Red Carpet: 5 p.m.
April 24: Screenwriter’s Conference, and Awards. Closing Night Party: 8 p.m.
April 25: Best of Fest Films – Watch the Audience Award Winners all day 10 – 10.

Hi! I am Cynthia Kear, the VIP Travel Coordinator for the Nashville Film Festival. We look forward to welcoming you to Nashville! The Nashville Film Festival has so many exciting things happening and we need you to book your hotel before the rooms sell out. We do not want you to miss the fun of the festival. The new Courtyard by Marriott in Green Hills is a preferred partner of the Nashville Film Festival. An upscale hotel, it is located less than a half-mile from the Regal Theater. A preferred partner, the Hutton Hotel is located approximately five miles from the Festival site. The Hutton offers guests lots of added benefits, like a pet-friendly program, and cardio king guest rooms.

Hutton Hotel

The Hyatt Place is a new hotel to the Nashville Film Festival. For those of you looking to stay downtown for a great price, this hotel is for you. I have reservations for April 19 – 24 at $199.00 per night plus tax – 5 rooms per night held under my name, Cynthia Kear. Let me know if you want one of the rooms and I will switch my name out for your name and your credit card to guarantee your reservation.

Hyatt Place Hotel

Hampton Inn and Suites Green Hills is located directly behind the Regal Green Hills Theater. This is a great hotel and friend of the Nashville Film Festival. We have a block reserved.


Standard king rooms and or rooms with 2 full beds at a rate of $169 single occupancy/$179 double to quad occupancy plus taxes per night for April 14 ’til April 27, 2015.

How to Attend

To attend for more than one day, it is best to purchase a VIP Tent Laminate, starting at $250. Individual tickets may be purchased online in early April. Members and laminate holders may buy film and event tickets a few days before the general public. The NaFF box office at Regal Green Hills Cinemas will open Wednesday April 15th, one day before the festival begins.

Attend a Red Carpet Event

Red Carpet events are open to the public and generally start around 5 p.m.

Getting Around

Nashville is an easy town to navigate with taxi and bus service available throughout the day. Nissan provides transportation for NaFF filmmakers and celebrities. NaFF also has a special partnership with UBER.

Dining Out

Nashville is known as a foodie’s paradise. Every day of the Festival, several of Nashville’s famous food trucks will serve just outside the Regal Green Hills cinemas.
