Songwriter Dennis Lambert at the Bluebird Monday Evening!
Songwriter Dennis Lambert who co-wrote the '70s "Rhinestone Cowboy," "Ain't No Woman Like the One I've Got" among many others, and is profiled in the prize-winning documentary OF ALL THE THINGS, will play live at the Bluebird this Monday at 9:30pm following the 6:45pm screening of the film at the Green Hills Cinemas. OF ALL THE THINGS, which recently won the Audience Award for Best Documentary at both the Sarasota and Palm Beach International Film Festivals, looks at Lambert - now selling real estate in Florida - getting the music bug once again when he tours the Phillipines, where his obscure 1972 LP "Of Bags and Things" was a big hit. Lambert will play a short set, and we look forward to hearing those great hits again.
